Enabling the life you want...

WHO WE CAN HELP

Look no further to empower you and your loved ones to experiences of living a meaningful life! You have our back to control your daily life quality!!

We adopt neuro affirming, integral approach to develop individualized therapy plan as we understand the complexities associated with autism and other neuro-divergent abilities.

  • Our team delivers practical skill-based therapy and generate evidence-based strategies to minimize daily challenges faced by you and your loved ones on an autism spectrum.
  • We use play-based, occupation-based activities to create pathways to support you and your loved ones with regulation of sensory (spinning, running away, dislike certain textures, sound sensitivity), social (difficulty having friends, poor waiting, turn taking, understanding rules or body language), emotional (excessive crying and melt downs, difficulty coping), behavioural (tantrums, having mind of their own), cognitive (decreased every day concepts, safety awareness, problem solving, reading-writing), psychological (anxiety and stress) regulation and communication (following commands, initiate or respond to communication).
  • This immensely improves understanding and responding to interactions, using appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication, staying focused on task, learning new skills, improved flexibility to follow even changes in everyday routines, expand play ability and independence in daily living tasks at home, in school and in the community.
  • Managing an on-the-go individual can be extremely tiring and frustrating. A caregiver can easily get overwhelmed taking care of a loved one that has difficulty staying focused to complete an assigned task (as simple as sit in one place to eat or just complete a routine of placing shoes or school bag in its place, pay attention in class without getting distracted).
  • Our team is well-versed with regulating the sensory needs of the individual to “get their body and mind ready” for learning or productively engaging in the preferred task at hand.
  • Our team is experienced to upgrade or down grade the required task level to match it “just right” for an individual with ADHD. We use strongly researched approaches that have proved to be effective in managing ADHD and associated challenges to improve attention, skill set, self-esteem required for independence and confident everyday living.
  • We understand the unique strengths and functional limitations associated with a huge variety of syndromes.
  • Our team has delivered top-notch services for individuals on Downs syndrome to improve visual perceptual ability (difficulty discriminating similar looking letters, searching for socks/ stationery in a distracting background), intellectual ability to understand concepts (comprehension and composition of ideas, categorize different objects, letter-sound association, learn new tasks, manage finances), improve muscle tone impacting postural control (staying upright and not getting easily tired), improved visual motor integration (pencil control to trace along different angled lines, use scissors to cut a pattern), improved fine motor skills (use cutleries, buttons and laces), improved play ideas (use of objects for constructive play).
  • Let’s together break the myth that a child will speak or eat or eat as they get older. Our team believes in the quote “a good start is half done! Catch the delays early and support children at an early stage of life, it is life changing for not only the children but the whole family/ community.
  • Our team expertise in understanding age appropriate milestones including physical (crawling, walking, jumping), communication (say ba-ba, words, sentences in context), social (smile, greet, make friends), fine motor skills (functionally open-shut, drop-throw-catch, flip-turn every day objects), emotional (‘I belong’ to family, school, I am secure, I have family and friends to make me feel good, I can be happy/sad/ upset/surprised), expression of emotions (I can walk way rather than sream, hit, push to express my agitation), play appropriately (have fun at home, school and in the community) and self-care skills (brush teeth, wash hands, eating a huge variety of healthy food, toileting, showering).
  • Our team uses play-based, fun creative mediums to facilitate the above mentioned skills in addition to pre-writing skills (tracing patterns, drawing shapes, identifying letters and associated letter sounds).
